Annette Van Voorst

I’m Annette Van Voorst, and I’m proud to call Maurice, IA home, though I grew up in Sioux Center. A graduate of Unity Christian High School and Dordt University, I’ve had my real estate license since 2006 and have loved being a part of Team Realty ever since!

Alongside my real estate career, I also own Flooring & Design in Sioux Center. This business perfectly complements my role as a realtor, allowing me to offer even more support to buyers and sellers as they work toward achieving their dream home or successfully selling their property. I was recently humbled to be named one of five nominees for the ‘25 Best of NW Realtors.

When I’m not helping clients with their real estate needs, I cherish spending time with my family, which includes four kids, their spouses, and our three granddaughters. We love to go boating, take yearly vacations, and enjoy good movies together.
